January 2020 Blog Post

Greetings friends,

This week we had a very successful wine dinner with Patton Valley Farms. All of our guests enjoyed sustainably and organically crafted pinot wines made locally in Oregon paired with excellent dishes by our chefs Dan and Josiah (read more about them on our blog). We and our guests had a lovely time and we are very excited for our next wine dinner in March. If you were unable to get into this one because we sold out so quickly, please keep an eye out for more information on our next one. By subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media, you will be the first to know the date of next wine dinner.

Moving right along, we will be holding a Valentine’s Day dinner for all you love birds out there. This is a great opportunity to show your valentine, or a loved one, how much they mean to you by gifting them an evening they won’t forget full of delicious food. Wine pairing will also be available. Call to reserve your seats today.

February 22 will be our annual Prohibition Party partnered with First Service Group. Our 1920s-themed night of fun benefits Stampede for the Cure, a breast cancer organization that helps with early detection for women in rural places of Idaho. We personally look forward to this event every year, and we can’t wait to welcome back the roaring 20’s in Gatsby style with you all. Tickets can be purchased on our website.

Thank you to our guests both in our restaurant and at our events, it feels so good to bring friends and families together to make memories out here, and we are so excited to see our Flats community grow!

Warmly,

The Flats 16
